The Casual Vacancy


J.K. Rowling's new novel, The Casual Vacancy, releases today. I'm so excited to read it! If you have a tablet you can download a substantial free sample from iBooks now, which I did last night. The first chapter really sets the tone (and it's so great because I'm realizing how used to J.K. Rowling's voice I am, and how comforting it is to hear it again :). I had a very tough time pulling myself away from my phone so that I could work on my own story.
I'll be picking up my own copy this weekend! Anyone that's read it, feel free to tell me your feelings about it. I'd love to know!

P.S. On a different, but slightly related note, Happy 14th Birthday to Google! I don't know what I would do without you!
