I've only been to two theme parks for Halloween in the past: Magic Mountain and Knott's Berry Farm and I have to say that Knotts was really awesome and Colossus at Magic Mountain runs backwards! Yeah, my friend and I rode that one multiple times lol! This year I heard about Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights, which sounds like it might actually be a scary experience, but who knows. I did go through a pretty scary maze for Van Helsing at Universal when that movie came out and I ended up running out of the end of it screaming lol! Good times. And then, of course, there's Disneyland. They've got the very awesome Haunted Mansion going for them along with a parade for Halloween I believe. And I'm sure they have special fireworks shows too.
Oh, and the Queen Mary in Long Beach is fun for Halloween too. I went a few years back and they have mazes outside of the ship and then a tour through the ship along with a few rooms that have dancing. I for one, have no idea what I'll be doing for Halloween; probably just be staying in watching Hocus Pocus :)

I am hopefully going to D-land this weekend, I love all of the decor they have during the season! I also like the other theme parks, it is fun that they get in the holiday mood. Have fun deciding your costume, it took me forever to figure out mine as well!
