The happiest place on earth

Yesterday my mom, brother, and I went to Disneyland (and California Adventure for a short period) as part of an early celebration for my birthday, which is actually this Sunday. It was such a fantastic day.

These last three are from the Lincoln building at the front of the park across from City Hall.  There's a whole book of sketches, like the dragon above from Sleeping Beauty, of just about every Disney character imaginable. During the day, one of the artists is there at that table drawing these sketches, and the next time I'm at the park, that's the first place I'm going. And all the art in the building is gorgeous. I would highly recommend checking it out if you're like me and have been walking straight past the Lincoln building every time you've been to the park.

Happy birthday! I always enjoy looking at the art exhibits on Main street. Glad you guys could have a fun day in Disneyland!
